Football in Argentina

Football is the main spectator sport in Argentina and more than 90% of Argentineans support a team. As with so many things in Argentina most of the sport is focused in and around Buenos Aires with almost all the big teams residing in BA and its suburbs, the only notable exception being Estudiantes, who hail from La Plata, though even that is not very far from the city.
